  Main features

Multi Branch - Have as many offices/locations accessing and processing data whether a company wide database or location specific.

Multi User - Different permissions and access rights for each individual user allows an additional level of security.

Employee Database - As well as storage and retrieval of employee's data, you can see who is available for work, where they have worked and how much they have earned and more.

Client Database - As well as the storage and retrieval of client data, you can log calls and make notes, look at invoices, see who has worked with a client, and more.

Bookings Database - Use this database to manage your client's requirements.

Timesheets Database - Use this database to input data relating to the hours worked by an individual. The data will be used to automatically run the payroll and create invoices.

Notes - Throughout the database, there are screens that offer the facility to make notes. Whether on the candidate side or the client side, these notes are permanently stored unless the user deletes them.

Reports Module - Standard reports are available to show margins, sales revenue, wage payments and Inland Revenue calculations.

Bespoke Reports - Any data that is entered or calculated through the application can be retrieved and presented in a report format.

Powerful Security Module


PAYLogix™ has an advanced Security Module that allows you to create roles to assign to as many users as desired. Furthermore, PAYLogix™ lets you create ‘Form’ and ‘Report’ level security. This allows you to restrict access and specify each users permitted activities – For instance, whether he or she can view the form, modify data or delete data.
